Finance Manager - Lush Ltd and LGDL (Maternity cover) - 14 months

Lush is a global cosmetics company, operating in 47 countries. Through our separate business divisions, we invent, manufacture and sell our handmade products directly to our customers through our own stores and websites. Lush Ltd manufactures and sells our essential components (ECs) to our global network of group manufacturing divisions, as well as those businesses in countries in which we have a shareholding or other business relationship. 

As well as production, Lush Ltd is responsible for the central overhead costs of the business. Lush Global Digital Limited is in its ninth year, having been set up in July 2017 as part of the Lush Group. The company is dedicated to supplying Lush entities with uniquely designed and built Technology customised to support the Lush business globally. 
As well as this, providing the network infrastructure to support the growing business and making a conscious effort to ensure the use of ethical technology throughout Lush.

The Finance Manager is a role that will work closely with the Lush business, understanding, analysing and conveying business performance to the relevant stakeholders, ensuring finance provides first-class insight and influence. The Finance Manager will be responsible for driving the Financial Reporting / Budgets and overseeing internal financial controls. 

With your great leadership and communication skills, you will be responsible for the management of the Lush Ltd and Digital accounts team, as well as building relationships with our Finance Business Partners
and budget holders.
With a hands-on, meticulous approach, you will be responsible for monthly sign-off of
management accounts and cash flow, as well as supporting process improvement and systems implementation, with a variety of ad hoc tasks and projects as they become relevant. 

The role would suit a part or qualified accountant who has a good understanding of a business partnering ethos and is adept at conveying financial information to non-financial managers.
