About the Role
Following a successful relaunch in 2021, our flagship packaging return scheme, Bring it Back, is ready for its next big evolution. With shifting global packaging legislation, fluctuating return rates, and a pressing need for robust end-of-life solutions for our packaging, we are seeking a dedicated professional to give this vital initiative the focus it deserves. In this 18-month fixed-term contract, you will give the programme the dedicated capacity it needs to scale return rates, tighten global compliance, and modernise our systems.

Your primary purpose will be to drive the growth, consistency, and compliance of the Bring it Back scheme worldwide. You will pair day-to-day scheme coordination with well-defined improvement projects to support new market launches, refine operational processes, and sharpen our communication strategy. By automating reporting workflows and establishing rock-solid data integrity, you will empower local markets to increase returns and provide clear evidence of our circular economy impact.
