Responsibilities

→Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
→Learn about customers' remodeling goals and recommend customized bathroom solutions.
→Present products, upgrades, financing options, and pricing.
→Assist homeowners with design selections, including fixtures, colors, finishes, and layouts.
→Prepare contracts and accurately document project details.
→Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
→Follow our proven sales process to achieve personal sales goals.
→Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital sales tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel locally between scheduled appointments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Previous sales, in-home consultation, or customer-facing experience.
Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or interior design is a plus.
Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
