We are looking for an innovative and technology-driven Principal Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for our Dynamics 365 Consulting Team to be based out of our Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver branch where you will focus on leading the design, implementation, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project execution.

  • Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions based on client requirements

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and clients

  • Oversee the development of technical specifications and solution documentation

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projects

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation

  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and budgets

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders

  • Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements

  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients

  • Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 CE consultants, developers, and testers

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment

  • Ensure team members have the necessary skills and training to deliver successful projects

  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution delivery

  • Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery

  • Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills

  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred)

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

  • Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, etc

  • Understanding of data integration and migration strategies
