We are seeking Production Associates to join our team in Macedon, NY. In this role, you will support key manufacturing operations, working alongside experienced professionals to produce high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various tasks on the production floor
Use small hand tools, power tools, and small presses
Assemble product components and perform sub-assembly work
Ensure items are properly assembled, labeled, packed, and prepared for shipping
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

Ability to stand, sit, bend, or lift (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods
Dependable and detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and follow directions
