NOTE: This role is based in NYC. We operate a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. LOLA is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Lyra, a collective of brands in the Personal Care and Family categories, dedicated to caring for our customers and their loved ones.
We are looking for a Sales Lead to lead retail expansion for LOLA. You will own both strategy and execution across national and regional retailers and distributors, driving distribution and revenue across Mass, Club, Grocery and Drug channels. You will directly manage key accounts and own customer and broker relationships. The Sales Director reports into our Chief Commercial Officer.
Develop and execute LOLA's sales strategy across Mass, Club, Grocery and Drug
Drive regional and national distribution and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with company targets
Build and manage annual sales plans, forecasts and trade budgets
Own relationships with key national and regional retail partners, including top-to-top engagement
Lead and manage external broker partners across regions and channels; Set clear goals, incentives and performance expectations to ensure alignment with LOLA's objectives
Own in-store execution, including merchandising, shelving, and promotional activation
Oversee execution across e-commerce and omnichannel touchpoints
Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align on selling strategies, competitive insights, product launches, forecasts and demand planning
Track and analyze sales performance, distribution gains, and account-level KPIs
7–10 years of sales experience within the personal care space
An established network across Feminine Care and Personal Care buyers with experience calling on regional and national accounts
Demonstrated experience securing new distribution across Grocery, Mass, Drug or Club
Track record of growing key accounts, establishing and overseeing execution of trade and marketing calendars to accelerate velocities and drive door expansion
Experience managing broker networks
