As a Lyra Affiliate Mental Health Provider, you will deliver short-term, high-impact psychotherapy and counseling to employees and their families. Operating as an independent contractor, you’ll leverage Lyra’s seamless Connected Calendar platform to allow members to book virtual or in-person sessions directly, giving you complete flexibility and control over your clinical schedule.
This opportunity allows you to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional client care—while supported by structured case management tools in Salesforce, standardized clinical outcome measures, and active collaboration with Lyra’s regional Clinical Case Management team.
Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand member needs and build personalized, short-term treatment plans.
Deliver individual/couples/ parent/adolescent/child therapy tailored to your professional specializations and clinical strengths.
Utilize goal-focused, evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, DBT, Somatic Experiencing, and Trauma-Informed Care) to empower long-term member resilience.
Track clinical progress using validated outcome tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7) at key milestones to celebrate client progress and refine care strategies.
Complete clear Post-Assessment Feedback (PAF) forms to outline treatment goals, impact, and safety planning after initial visits.
Professional Licensure:
Fully licensed and registered Mental Health Professional: Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker MSW.
Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in short-term psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and structured evidence-based practices.
Technical Infrastructure:
Dedicated professional Google Account (Gmail and Google Calendar) configured specifically for Lyra network operations.
High-speed internet access and a secure, confidential environment for telehealth appointments.
Nice to Have

Specializations in neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism Spectrum), children/adolescents, parental guidance, or LGBTQ+ care.
Additional language capabilities (e.g., Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish).
