About the Role:

Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. We work with industry leaders, such as Morgan Stanley, Uber, Amgen, and other Fortune 500 companies, to improve access to effective, high-quality mental health care for their employees and their families. With our innovative digital care platform and global provider network, 10 million people can receive the best care and feel better, faster. Founded by David Ebersman, former CFO of Facebook and Genentech, Lyra has raised more than $900 million.

A Product Manager will play a critical role in owning product planning and launches, partnering closely with Product (PM, Design), Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), Customer Success (CS), Operations, and the leadership team to execute our product strategy and achieve our business goals. This role is highly visible across the organization and is crucial to ensure that we execute at a high level across every facet of product management, development, and operations.

Lyra is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive initiatives to support our customers and end users. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that is highly collaborative, synthesizing input from many different cross-functional teams, articulating a plan, and executing.

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to identify high-impact opportunities and define strategies to drive platform scalability

  • Set the strategic product vision and drive delivery against the roadmap, ruthlessly prioritizing efforts to achieve core business objectives

  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle by establishing operational rhythms that maintain team velocity, ensure high-quality shipping at scale, and optimize the cross-functional build process

  • Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences

  • Partner closely with channel partners to identify new opportunities

  • Collaborate with Go to Market and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from product development to product launch and customer onboarding, and receiving feedback to further drive the product roadmap

  • Demonstrate deep operational accountability by proactively identifying and mitigating risks that impact the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and methodologies

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of strategic execution and shipping products at scale in a software development environment

  • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations

  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and ability to think strategically and tactically to solve problems and drive results while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

  • Curiosity and passion to learn more about your users, our market, our product, the competitive landscape, and much more

  • Demonstrated leadership and proactive ownership over strategic decision-making; possesses an execution-oriented mindset with an innate sense of operational

  • Experience working with platform product teams, scaling solutions across the business and other product teams

  • Experience defining and shipping 0-1 features

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
