This gold-standard 2-year program offers structured training, hands-on learning and rotations across mechanical, electrical, controls and critical infrastructure systems. Learn from industry experts and build deep capability in uptime engineering, resilience, and advanced facility operations.
  • Support operation & maintenance of UPS, generators, chillers, HVAC, fire & security systems
  • Assist with data hall deployments, customer installations & capacity planning
  • Respond to critical incidents & participate in change control processes
  • Develop skills in reliability engineering, risk management & operational excellence
  • Eligible to obtain NV1 clearance (Australian Citizenship required and essential)
  • Degree Qualified or trade in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Up to 2 years of industry experience (or a recent graduate)
  • Curious, proactive and keen to “learn by doing”
  • Strong communicator & team player
  • Flexible, with a mission-critical mindset
  • 2-year structured development & mentoring
