IT Admin Specialist - Freelance, Remote

The client is adding a full-time assistant IT resource to work directly with a senior technical leader to strengthen core IT operations across DNS/domains, email systems, SaaS administration, and IT project coordination. This role exists to improve reliability, security hygiene, documentation, and timely execution of IT tasks while freeing senior staff to focus on high-impact initiatives. The end goal is to enhance internal efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality support to both internal stakeholders and client-facing teams.
