Junior Commission Statement Accountant - Freelance, Remote

Their platform integrates with leading reservation and CRM systems and is trusted by well-known multi-location restaurant groups across the U.S. As a recognized innovator in the dining-tech space, they're scaling their sales and revenue operations to match their rapid growth.

As the sales team grows, so does the complexity of accurately compensating them — and the client needs someone who can own that process end-to-end with precision and integrity. This role exists to ensure every commission statement is accurate, well-documented, and defensible, protecting trust between Sales, Finance, and RevOps while reducing the manual back-and-forth that comes with disputes and errors. The ideal hire is someone who treats every number like it matters (because it does), and who wants to grow their career in finance/revenue operations by building repeatable, auditable processes from the ground up.
