The Freelance Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and hiring of qualified global candidates to fill the specialized manpower requirements of our Boutique clients. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hard-to-fill, niche positions while ensuring that standard recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently.

WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE
You consistently maintain a ≥30% client win rate from Day 60 onward
You turn around candidates to the Point of Contact within 24 hours of receiving a req
Your endorsed candidates show up to every client interview — 0% no-show rate
You close at least 1.2 deals per day, pushing toward the 3 per day target
You take ownership of a niche req with a limited applicant pool and build your own sourcing approach to close it
You finish the onboarding month and pass your Revalida ready to go live independently
You are independently productive and pulling your own weight from Day 60 onward — not still ramping
WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR
You have recruitment experience but it's sourcing-only — you've never owned the full cycle from intake to offer
You need step-by-step direction for each req and struggle to work with minimal supervision
You have no exposure to niche or specialized roles
You expect processes to stay the same — you're not comfortable with evolving processes/methods
You can't describe a real fallout scenario and what you did to recover it
