Magical Beginnings Learning Centers is hiring a nurturing, dependable Infant Toddler Teacher for our licensed daycare and early education center in Kingston, Massachusetts.

🎓 Certification: EEC Infant/Toddler Certification or CDA
EEC Infant/Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required)
Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts
Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, materials, and monthly newsletters
Keeping parents informed via the Class Dojo app and classroom boards
Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment
Leading age-appropriate, interactive activities that encourage participation
Opening and closing the classroom, including cleaning toys, tables, floors, and bathrooms, emptying trash, sanitizing after children leave, and preparing for the next morning
Engaging children in free play, supervising outdoor time, and assisting with toilet training and diapering
Supporting meals and snacks (preparing bottles, heating lunches, cutting food, opening containers) and naptime
Following the daily classroom schedule
Tracking children's progress and completing assessments
Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry
Attending monthly staff meetings
