Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and other obstacles to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform site clean-up duties, ensuring all debris and hazards are removed and the site remains orderly.
- Carry out other assignments and tasks as directed by management or supervisors.
- Follow instructions from supervisors, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in on-the-job training when necessary.
- Performing various physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, structural support, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.
- Supporting the overall success of construction projects through diligent work and adherence to company protocols.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs, and working in all weather conditions.
- Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is preferred but not required. Hands-on construction experience such as installing rebar, placing concrete, and operating construction equipment (forklifts, skid steers) is a plus.
- Punctual, dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Possess the skills to work safely and efficiently and maintain a focus on adhering to company values and strategic goals.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, handle overtime, and have reliable transportation.
