By implementing Design/Build, we execute projects quickly and effectively, allowing for timely collaboration with owners and contractors. Through our regional offices, we offer these services nationwide.

 

Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Mukwonago, WI

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting to perform day-to-day processing of payroll transactions to ensure timely, effective, up-to-date, and accurate payroll processing.
  • Process timecard entries.
  • Process travel vouchers.
  • Process requests for payments.
  • Check distribution.
  • Process new hire paperwork.
  • Complete and send certified payrolls to general contractors promptly.
  • Maintain field employees' files and resumes up to date.
  • Assist with the completion of union key man agreements.
  • Process EEO reports.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS programs preferred.
  • E-Verify experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with payroll functions and ability to handle a voluminous amount of paperwork.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when performing payroll duties.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • 2-4 years of payroll experience is preferred.
