We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising & Retail Execution Coordinator to bridge the gap between creative vision and retail reality. If you have the aesthetic eye of a designer and the grit of a project manager, this is your chance to scale California’s top brands across the finish line.

- Master the Floor: Own the rollout of cohesive VM guidelines and high-impact displays across all markets, ensuring our premium positioning is unmistakable from the moment a consumer walks in.
- Drive Execution Excellence: Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of VM assets—from sourcing and vendor negotiations to final installation—ensuring every fixture is on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Innovate the Inventory: Manage our VM asset library and global inventory with precision, proactively forecasting needs to prevent out-of-stocks and strategically phasing out discontinued SKUs.
- Audit & Optimize: Conduct high-frequency field audits to ensure compliance and flawless presentation, turning raw data into actionable insights that sharpen our edge at retail.
What You’ll Bring
- Industry Grit: 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or experiential design, preferably within high-growth sectors like cannabis, premium CPG, fashion or beauty.
- Aesthetic Precision: A killer eye for design, layout, and color theory, with the technical chops to navigate Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Project Power: The ability to juggle cross-functional stakeholders, localized sales teams, and complex timelines without breaking a sweat.
- Reliability & Hunger: A safety-first, team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to travel and the drive to constantly improve our retail standards.
Physical Stuff
- Hands-On Agility: Strong manual dexterity and the ability to use various hand tools for display assembly and installation.
- Field Readiness: Ability to stand for extended periods during setups and travel frequently to retail locations and trade shows.
- Heavy Lifting: Capable of bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs to ensure our physical presence is as strong as our brand.
