Direct Support Professional - Full -Time

2nd Shift DSP
Shift schedule is primarily 2pm-10pm.
Every other weekend required.
Working at minimum 4 Manahan holidays.

Starting rate is $18/hour.

3rd Shift DSP
Shift schedule is primarily 10pm-6am.
Every other weekend required.
Working at minimum 4 Manahan holidays.
Competitive benefits and paid time off start after 90 days.
Starting rate is $18/hour. $1/hour shift differential.

Starting pay is $18/hr.

high school diploma or GED is required.

Full - Time – Employees are eligible for the following:

. Medical Standard Plan - 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

. Dental Insurance - 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

. Vision Insurance - 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

. Short - Term Disability - $150.00 weekly benefit (no cost to employee)

. $1,000 referral bonus - paid over the course of 1 year

· Simple IRA – up to 3% employer match when employee qualifies to participate

. Vacation buy-out options available after 1 year of employment

.$25.00 per hour incentive – when picking up extra shifts in direct care – as budget allows

. Life insurance policy for all full-time employees. $20,000 policy (no cost to employee).
