Lead Experience Designer

We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Experience Designer to join the Manyone Experience Design team at our office in Tel Aviv.

As a Lead Experience Designer, you will strengthen our superstar, multidisciplinary tech-design team and our ability to deliver amazing products. Furthermore, you’ll be adding your expertise in UX/UI, branding, digital design, and prototyping to a fun, skilled, and growing team of colleagues working across disciplines for global clients.

• Lead all stages of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• Develop user-centered strategies and concepts for applications, services, and digital interfaces, and deliver top-quality experiences.
• Work closely with the experience design team and the project manager to translate requirements into great user experiences.
• Lead, design and moderate workshops with users, customers, colleagues, and external experts.
• Contribute to fostering a strong design culture within the company by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and collaborating.
• Mentor, inspire, and lead a team of talented experience designers. You will be a hands-on mentor, fostering a culture of creative excellence, professional growth, and accountability.

• 5+ years of experience working with visual identity design, motion, and experience design for digital interfaces.
• A curious mind that can solve complex design problems by turning ideas into actual design solutions and experiences
• Experience in leading projects from beginning to end
• Experience in leading client communication on small to medium projects
• Strategic experience and mentoring team members or clients
• Professional hands-on and up-to-date experience with Figma and AI tools.
• Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A builder mindset -you ship live products, embrace AI and emerging tools, and are tech-savvy enough to turn ideas into working solutions.
