As our new Creative Lead in the London office, you will manage a creative team developing engaging activations and communications for a global luxury brand, based on a deep understanding of their business objectives, audiences and internal processes.
Your primary job will be to conceptualize and lead novel, engaging consumer-facing experiences for CRM, Loyalty and other digital channels. You will:
- Lead a creative workstream and team on a key global client, sparring with and supporting the team to ensure our client deliveries exceed expectations
- Both drive ideation and contribute to original copywriting in American or British English for emails, push notifications, paid media, pitches, etc. as needed
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback – and mentor both copywriters and designers as they do the same – and ensure quality assurance
- As a people manager, support staffing decisions and help match creatives with projects that give them opportunities to grow and to try new things
- Liaise with and support the account team with briefing and scoping, presenting to the client and keeping an eye on the project pipeline
- Drive creative on new business pitches
- Leverage new, emerging technologies to be the most creative, most efficient creative leader you can be
- Approach every piece of creative as an opportunity to elevate the creative excellence of the brand, the team and yourself
As a Creative Lead on the Experience Design team, you will work closely with talented designers, copywriters, motion designers and other creative leads, as well as communication strategists, CX/UX designers, data scientists, tech developers and project managers.
With our London office centrally located on the banks of the Thames, we’ll expect not only exceptional work from you, but also that you contribute to the fun, friendly, collaborative and innovative atmosphere that echoes through our stylish floors. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times. Your conscientious and solution-oriented mindset enables you to digest complex information and translate strategy and insights into persuasive copy and exciting concepts. You value flawlessness and diligent editing, and expect the same from your team, ensuring all deliveries are spotless and effective.
- 10+ years of copy or design experience from an advertising or in-house agency
- Ideally 3+ years in a creative management or leadership role
- Excellent communication skills and native-level proficiency in English
- A relevant background in journalism, English, communications, advertising or similar
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
