Creative Lead

We are looking for a talented and motivated creative lead to lead our company's creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of creative staff in conceptualizing and executing designs and project briefs according to project requirements and client specifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the design and development of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget

• Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team.

• Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients

• Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary

• Coordinate all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.

• Conduct video shoot and designing of video layout and thumbnails.

• Manage project progress, timelines and ensure deadlines are met

• Ensure that all of the organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.

• Carry out projects relating to video content production.

• Keeping up to date with new industry trends and software

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure creative projects are aligned with client business goals and objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or related field

• A minimum of 3 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to video shooting, video production, and graphic design.

• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices

• Outstanding leadership and organization skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Capcut, After Effects, and Photoshop.

• Knowledge with Davinci software is a plus.

• Knowledge in using mirrorless camera and lighting equipments
