What You'll Do:

• Professionally handle incoming calls.
• Greet callers with a polite, pleasant tone.
• Accurately gather and relay required information.
• Verify and enter details precisely into our system.

What We're Looking For:

• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
• Strong English communication (spelling, grammar).
• Computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Reliable attendance.
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
• Availability to work one weekend day per week.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Read/write/speak)

Compensation & Full-Time Benefits:

• Compensation: $19 / Hour

• Full-time, Overnight hours: Consistent schedule of 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts
