FLEX Communications (Dispatch) Officers
$20.50 Per Hour | Part Time | San Antonio, Texas

FLEX Hours — Must Be FULLY Flexible and able to work any hours — NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a Part Time position. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Must be able to respond to work assignments with little to no advance notice.

Responsibilities

→Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
→Monitor the facility’s CCTV to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized people.
→Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
→Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communications system, national weather, and act quickly and decisively.
→Document incidents accurately in security electronic reporting platforms.
→Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
→Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
→Utilize internal communications systems, including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism.
→Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges.
→Provide security support for various client projects and events.
→Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property.
