Flex Relief Officer/ Flex Security Control Room Officer

This is a dual role position

• →Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• →Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• →Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
• →Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior.
• →Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• →Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• →Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items.
• →Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
• →Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner.
• →Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents).
• →Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.
• →Other duties to be determined by Management.

• Push/Report all appropriate operational matters in real-time directly to the SOC Manager
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Acts on all customer service related calls and either resolves them personally or refers issues to the appropriate individuals. Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls-for-service, to include; phone and email workstations. Monitor email inboxes, work order service requests and all communications devices; prioritize and process incoming information according to procedure.
• Responsible for establishing, maintaining and reviewing schedules.
• Assist in the supervision and management of team of security officers, training, coaching, development and support.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Coordinate emergency incidents with Security Team. Notify, assist, and direct external emergency personnel and internal Emergency Response Team as necessary.
• Acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed
• Participate in regular training and scenario based security drills
• Understand and execute emergency SOC protocols, Understand and execute general service SOC protocols.
• Perform SOC related projects and tasks as requested by the SOC Manager or Director of Operations
• Compile daily SOC activities into daily shift reports. Accurately ensure detailed shift pass-downs are issued and followed. Compile monthly, quarterly and annual SOC statistical data. Author incident reports as described in SOC protocols
• Perform other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as assigned

• Valid AZ Security License mandatory
• Valid and Clean Driver's License
• High School Diploma
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of one year of security experience 
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• This position will require occasional, crouching, climbing of stairs, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
