At Marktlink, we're building one of Europe's fastest-growing M&A brands. As we continue to expand across multiple countries, we are looking for a Creative Content Marketeer who can help bring our stories to life. For a period of six months, you'll support our Content & Marketing team in creating impactful content, coordinating projects, and strengthening our brand across internal and external channels.
Your goal is to strengthen the Marktlink brand through compelling content. You'll help create and distribute content that supports our marketing, employer branding, PR, and communication objectives. In this role you will ensure ideas are transformed into engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our audiences across Europe.
Responsibilities

Support the coordination and execution of content, PR, and marketing initiatives across the organisation;

Manage stakeholders and help align input, planning, and deliverables across different teams;
- →
Create content such as social media posts, articles, interviews, visuals, and short-form video content;
- →
Support employer branding, corporate branding, and recruitment marketing campaigns;
- →
Organise, process, and distribute digital content across relevant channels;
- →
Capture content during events, campaigns, and important company moments;
- →
Help colleagues create effective content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and mobile devices;
- →
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for optimisation based on data, trends, and audience insights;
- →
Collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Recruitment, and M&A teams across Europe.
You are available for a six month assignment for 24–32 hours per week.
You are a creative self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
2+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, employer branding, or a related field;
Strong organisational and project management skills;
Experience creating content across multiple formats, including social media, video, written content, and visual assets;
A proactive and hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently;
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut and/or Premiere Pro;
Affinity with social media, audiovisual content, and digital marketing;
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (additional European languages are a plus).
