Head Concierge

The Malta Marriott Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Concierge to lead our Concierge team and deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations.

As Head Concierge, you will oversee all Concierge operations, ensuring guests receive accurate information, tailored recommendations, and seamless assistance throughout their stay. You will play a key role in driving guest satisfaction, fostering team excellence, and upholding Marriott's renowned service standards.  

• →Lead, coach, train, and develop the Concierge team.
• →Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests, including VIPs and repeat visitors.
• →Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, events, transportation, and experiences.
• →Proactively anticipate guest needs and arrange customized services.
• →Maintain the daily operation and presentation of the Concierge Desk.
• →Build strong relationships with internal departments and external service providers.
• →Drive upselling opportunities and enhance guest experiences.
• →Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements.
• →Ensure compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures.
• →Assist with luggage handling and storage when required. 

• Previous experience in a Concierge or luxury hospitality leadership role.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions and services.
• A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
