Credit Account Team Leader

Our operations are organised into three distinct divisions: Landscape Products, Building Products, and Roofing Products. Our Finance team does far more than manage the numbers. As trusted business partners, we provide the insight, governance and financial expertise that help drive strategic decisions, support investment and deliver sustainable growth across the business. We now have a new opportunity for a Credit Account Team Leader to lead our dynamic Credit Account Management function reporting in the Credit & Risk Manager. This role is responsible for leading and building a high-performing, accountable team, the role directly supports cash generation, customer relationships and the financial resilience of the business.

So, what’s the mission?

You'll provide clear direction, coaching and support to help your team achieve collection targets, resolve issues quickly and deliver an excellent customer experience. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in protecting cash flow and supporting informed commercial decision-making.

Using data and insight, you will identify emerging risks and provide meaningful reporting that helps drive action and continuous improvement. You'll challenge underperformance, celebrate success and create a culture of accountability and development.

This is a hands-on leadership role. Alongside managing the team, you'll take ownership of your own ledger, handling cash collection, account reconciliation and stakeholder engagement. Staying close to the day-to-day operation allows you to lead with credibility, provide practical support and continuously improve the way the team works.
