Job Summary
The Internal Medicine Residency Program is seeking an academically oriented, board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to join as core faculty. This position offers a balanced combination of clinical practice, resident education, and academic involvement. Approximately 90% of the role is dedicated to clinical responsibilities, including supervising residents in the outpatient clinic and providing direct patient care through a private clinic panel. The specific balance between resident supervision and independent patient care will be determined in collaboration with the Program Director based on clinic staffing needs. The remaining 10% of the role involves administrative and academic duties such as participating in resident interviews, engaging in faculty development, attending program meetings, mentoring residents, delivering academic lectures, and contributing to scholarly activity.
