About the Role
The Executive Concierge Intern joins the Guest Services team at PH Arcadia and acts as the guest’s primary point of contact from first inquiry to check-out. This is a fully hands-on role — interns manage real guest interactions in a premium corporate housing environment from day one. No prior work experience is required; attitude and passion for hospitality matter most.
Responsibilities
Guest Communication & Attention
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems using tools such as Aircall, Guesty, and HubSpot.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding reservations, services, and property details.
- Address guest questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
On-Site Guest Experience
- Welcome guests personally at the property and assist them during the check-in process and initial orientation.
- Provide support throughout the entire stay to ensure guests feel comfortable and well attended.
- Coordinate guest requests and communicate with the relevant internal teams as needed.
Booking Support
- Guide guests through the full booking process and handle any reservation-related inquiries.
- Understand each guest’s needs and recommend the most suitable accommodation options available.
Concierge & Guest Experience
- Share local recommendations and useful information to enrich the guest experience.
- Assist with additional services or special requests whenever possible.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their stay.
Performance & Teamwork
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and an excellent level of service.
- Maintain accurate records and organized communication using company tools such as CRM, HubSpot, and Basecamp.
- Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest satisfaction and service quality.
Who We’re Looking For
- English proficiency required — written and spoken (primary working language with international guests).
- Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Available for rotating shifts including weekends.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with people in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or CRM tools is a plus — but not required.
