Licensed Irrigator | Career Growth | Full-Time
If you take pride in your work, hate shortcuts, and want to be a part of building something great while cultivating beauty—this role is for you!
We’re looking for a Licensed Irrigator who knows their craft and wants to take ownership of it. Someone who can install, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems the right way—and wants to grow into something bigger over time.
Our ideal Licensed Irrigator is a skilled, hands-on professional who takes full ownership of their work and takes pride in getting the details right the first time. With strong experience in irrigation installation and repair, they are gritty, dependable, and self-motivated—someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and refuses to cut corners. Outside of work, they enjoy the outdoors, whether that’s hunting, fishing, or spending time with family, and they bring that same grounded, hardworking mindset to the job. They are driven by growth, purpose, and the opportunity to build real expertise—not just collect a paycheck. They want to be recognized for their skillset and are frustrated in environments where they feel like just another laborer. Long-term, they are looking for a company where they can step into leadership and eventually take ownership of an irrigation division. They are drawn to a people-first culture that invests in their development and gives them the tools and trust to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Install and repair irrigation systems with precision and attention to detail
- Diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right way—not the easy way
- Ensure systems are efficient, functional, and built to last
- Take ownership of your work and maintain high-quality standards
- Play a key role in building and improving our irrigation capabilities
This Job Is For You If:
- You’re experienced in irrigation installation and repair
- You hold an Irrigators license with the TCEQ (having your backflow licensure is a plus)
- You take pride in your work and don’t cut corners
- You’re detail-oriented and self-motivated
- You want to grow your skillset and be recognized for it
- You’re looking for a career path, not just a paycheck
This Probably Isn’t For You If:
- You just want to show up and be told what to do
- You rush through jobs or overlook details
- You’re not interested in growth or responsibility
- You’re okay being treated like just another laborer
What You’ll Get
- A people-first culture that actually invests in your future
- The opportunity to grow into leading an irrigation division
- Support, tools, and training to level up your expertise
- A company that values your skills and gives you room to shine
If you’re ready to take ownership of your craft and build something long-term—we’d like to talk. Apply now!
