Sales and Drafting Manager

MasterTech is on the hunt for a Sales and Drafting Manager for a growing family owned foundry and manufacturer near Cambridge, ON. This is a fantastic opportunity for a drafting and design engineer with experience in mining products and processes and has a foundation in sales and sales management to take the next steps into a leadership/management role. You get to work directly with some of the best thinkers and tactical teams in the foundry industry and learn from over 60+ years of experience in this very niche market. As well as getting to work and collaborate with great people, this facility is the leading foundry in North America for environmental impacts and working environments. Shift: Straight Flexible Day Shift - 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday & 7:00am to 11:00am on Fridays) Salary - $95,000 to $125,000/year - Employer paid benefits including vision, dental and health. - Flexible vacation times. - Top tier training and development programs - Tuition reimbursement - Paid Travel Functions of the Role: - Collaborate with VP Sales and Managements Teams in establishing and recommending sales goals and strategies. - Collaborate with Sales and Management in product details and drawing requirements. - Manages customer interactions to maximize service and meet sales objectives. - Reviewing and submitting quotations and follow-ups. - Assisting in the programming and project management of manufacturing.
