Role overview :
The Member Experience Analyst will primarily support the Tinder line of business. This role focuses on analyzing customer support and Trust & Safety data to produce clear, actionable insights, and translating those insights into stories that are easy for non-technical audiences to understand.
Tinder is on a mission to bring people together by facilitating millions of meaningful connections around the world. As the business and our global teams continue to grow, data plays an increasingly important role in how we make decisions and improve the member experience.
This is a unique opportunity to support reporting and analytics within the Match Group Central Trust & Safety organization. The team works closely with operations, product, and engineering to surface insights that help improve tools, processes, and outcomes for both members and internal teams. You will have mentorship and opportunities to grow your technical and analytical skills while contributing meaningfully to real, high-impact work.
