Who we're looking for

We’re calling out to all those in engineering - we're interested in you if you have a software engineering or technical background. If you’ve led teams, written production code, designed systems at scale, or worked deeply in security, identity, infrastructure, or adjacent technologies.....we’d love to connect whether you’re ready to move now or just want to be on our radar.

We’re especially interested in:

• Tech / Squad Leads – leaders who inspire and empower engineering teams, foster collaboration, and translate strategy into delivery.
• Principal / Senior Engineers – big-picture thinkers and expert builders. Architect, design, and deliver systems at scale, while mentoring others and pushing boundaries of what’s possible.
• Security, Privacy & Digital Trust Specialists – from application security and information security through to cryptography, privacy engineering, and digital identity. If you love solving complex security and trust challenges, we want to hear from you.
  

What you bring

You might have experience in some of the following areas: 

• Software engineering, systems engineering, platform, or infrastructure.
• Working with distributed systems, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Security, information security, data privacy, cryptography, digital identity, or verifiable credentials.
• A passion for solving complex problems with scalable, elegant solutions.
