Maven is hiring an Associate PM to support Claims & Payments — the infrastructure that ensures members, providers, and employers are paid accurately and on time. This is a high-impact surface that touches every clinical program Maven runs. Getting it right is foundational to everything else working.
This is an early-career role with real ownership. You will work closely with the VP of Product, Healthcare and partner with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver on a roadmap that includes in-house claims adjudication, payer integrations, and the operational tooling that keeps Maven's payments infrastructure running. This is a builder role — you will be hands-on in the work from day one.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the Claims & Payments product surface: claims adjudication logic, payer and employer reconciliation, payment operations tooling, and provider payments
- →Partner with engineering and operations to define requirements, write specs, and ship improvements to claims processing workflows
- →Instrument and monitor claims and payments data — identify where errors occur, where reconciliation breaks down, and surface findings to the team
- →Work closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Payment Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into product solutions
- →Support the long-term migration away from Alegeus — contributing to discovery, requirements gathering, and execution as the roadmap evolves
- →Learn Maven's payments infrastructure end to end — payer integrations, adjudication logic, employer configuration — and become the person who knows it best
