Job Duties: Design and develop scalable, high-performance financial software solutions that support the full investment lifecycle, including capital raising, fund accounting, investor reporting, and compliance workflows. Work on financial services-focused software development. Lead full product lifecycle for projects, from proof of concept to execution and delivery. Build, test, and deploy software in a continuous manner, and design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure design outcomes. Implement secure and efficient tools that streamline fund administration. Architect backend services, enhance user interfaces, integrate third-party APIs, and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps automation. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to define performance requirements and interfaces. Design and implement companywide ephemeral branch preview environments to support scalable development and testing workflows, and enable parallel agentic workflow validation and comprehensive end-to-end feature testing. Re-architect the company’s core allocation primitive framework to improve scalability, reliability, and performance, and model complex customer operational workflows to unlock previously unsupported accounts and use cases. Design data models that abstract financial systems. Perform SOC-2 compliant financial data processing. Utilize Terraform, Docker, PostgreSQL, and LangChain. Implement internet and cloud networking, including network isolation and private cloud infrastructure design.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in position offered or related position including experience in financial services–focused software development; designing data models that abstract financial systems; performing SOC-2 compliant financial data processing; utilizing Terraform, Docker, PostgreSQL, and LangChain; and implementing internet and cloud networking, including network isolation and private cloud infrastructure design. Must also have experience leading full product lifecycle for projects, from proof of concept to execution and delivery.

Salary: $230,000 -$240,000
