IT Support - Internship

Provide first-level technical support to employees and internal users. Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and network issues. Set up laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and update software applications. Assist with creating and managing user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions. Support basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and connectivity issues. Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation. Respond to support requests and help track issues through a ticketing system. Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members. Follow IT security policies and support basic cybersecurity practices. Requirements Degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
