UI/UX Designer - Internship

Work on UI/UX design for consumer-facing digital products. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens using Figma. Tool requirement: Existing knowledge of Figma is a filtration criterion because we use this tool Understand product requirements and translate them into clean, user-friendly designs. Tool requirement: Existing knowledge of Click is a plus. We won’t decline a candidate for this, but it is a plus to have used it for another project or company. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Conduct basic user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability reviews. Knowledge of relevant tools for the same will be a plus such as UX cam, Hotjar and more. Improve existing product journeys based on user behavior, feedback, and business goals. Maintain consistency in design using brand and design system guidelines. Support product thinking by contributing ideas around user experience, conversion, engagement, and retention. Requirements Graduate, preferably in design, visual communication, HCI, product design, or a related field. Not currently enrolled in university or college. Available for a full-time internship. Able to join full-time immediately after successful completion of the internship. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Other tools include UX Cam, Hotjar, Click up and similar research and project management tools. Strong visual design sense with attention to detail. Interest in product design, consumer behavior, and digital experiences. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Portfolio or sample work is required.
