We’re looking for a culture-forward, energetic and fresh-thinking Influencer Marketing Coordinator.

Are you obsessed with pop culture, platform-native, and constantly scrolling TikTok and Instagram for the next big thing? If you have an insatiable appetite for social trends and want to build relationships with creators who shape culture, this is your spot.

As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing scroll-stopping campaigns to life, from creator discovery through campaign execution and reporting.

• Experience: 0–2 years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Platform Expertise: Native fluency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Culture & Trend Obsessed: A deep passion for pop culture, news, and creator trends.
• Core Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and top-tier project management abilities.
• Mindset: A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.

For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
