Defense Recruiter

You will be responsible for the following: Leading and developing day-to-day talent acquisition support for DoW clients throughout the U.S., with a heavy focus on Hanscom AFB Supporting cross-functional alignment and execution to attract cleared talent for diverse technical roles supporting US Air Force Coordinating interview scheduling, client meetings, and task tracking for leadership reporting Supporting process improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency and accountability Ensuring compliance with applicable DoW security clearance guidance Tracking and processing personnel actions, staffing documentation, and onboarding package Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years of experience sourcing cleared civilian and military personnel or DoW personnel operations.
