Dietary Aide

Assists with food preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean kitchen area.

1.      Assists cook with meal preparation.

2.      Portions, assembles, and serves meals.

3.      Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes and equipment.

4.      Inspects trays and food carts for accuracy.

5.      Ensures proper storage of food and supplies.

6.      Cleans and maintains dish machine and reports any mechanical errors.

7.      Performs other related duties as required and directed.

Preferred: 

·         High school diploma or GED

1.      Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

2.      Must possess basic math skills.

3.      Must possess basic organizational skills.

4.      Ability to work independently.
