HR Field Support

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Talented HR Administrative Assistant/Field Support who shares our passion for Food and Service. Our HR Assistant will be a valued Team Member contributing to Human Resources functions and responsibilities. The right Candidate will have amazing communication skills, a focused and driven work ethic and be willing to roll up their sleeves jumping in and learning all functions in a busy office setting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources strongly desired
• Experience utilizing HRMS systems or ability to learn systems quickly
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Payroll experience a very strong plus
• Basic understanding of HR employee and employer relationship management
• Tech Savvy with in-depth understanding of Microsoft Office and applications
• Ability to switch gears quickly in a fast paced office setting
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Experience using and maintaining typical office equipment
