This role is perfect for customer-focused individuals who can provide reassurance, professionalism, and efficient support in a fast-paced environment aligned to UK operational hours. You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive workplace where quality service, teamwork, and growth are highly valued. Your Role Support customers through live chat and digital communication channels Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-driven customer service Assist customers with queries while ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally Follow internal procedures and escalate concerns where necessary Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels Requirements What We’re Looking For Matric / Grade 12 essential Minimum 3 years’ experience in a contact centre environment Strong live chat support experience is essential Excellent written communication and typing skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working rotational UK shifts between 09:00 and 24:00 Benefits Why Join Us?
