As an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT), you’ll take the next step in your leadership career through hands-on training and development designed to prepare you for an Operations Lead position. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to: Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence.  Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.  Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.  Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.  Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.
