  • Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date
  • One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence
  • Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
  • Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required
