Requirements
~1 min read- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
- One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Experience supervising assistants is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- →Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs
- →Provide speech therapy services addressing communication, articulation, language development, feeding, and swallowing skills
- →Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support continued growth
- →Educate families and caregivers on strategies to promote carryover at home
- →Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care
- →Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- →Flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities
