The role is for a Social Lead (supervisor) for Creo. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of social amplification for creator content across social and digital channels. You will be cultivating strong relationships with internal and external teams and optimizing marketing results to maximize performance for your clients.
This role is open to Toronto or Montreal.
Responsibilities
~2 min readAs a member of the Creo Team, you will serve as a social lead for day to day management of paid social/digital amplification strategies, with a focus on platform and Creo best practices, facilitating effectiveness studies (Paid / Value Add), and measurement for campaigns.
You will bring to the table expertise across social, influencer, digital, and measurement on one or more products and will be further cross trained across all specialized solutions, so that you can partner closely with Creo teams, inter-agency teams, and clients to identify needs, recommend strategic solutions, and ensure seamless delivery. Your responsibilities will include supporting growth efforts organically (and externally as needed) streamlining onboarding and activation, fostering collaboration between central and agency teams, developing a proficiency of agency and client commercials to drive value generation, and maintaining a deep understanding of the evolving product suite. Success in this role will be measured by delivery excellence, growth in amplification adoption, and most importantly enhanced client satisfaction.
- →Serve as a social amplification expert across Creo specialized solutions
- →Create sales strategies applicable to each client tier
- →Support growth efforts and lead product onboarding and activation

- →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product enhancements and industry trends
- →Client Relationship Management: Drive overall paid social strategy and associated tactics to meet client’s goals, collaborating closely with Influencer specialists and creative and data teams. Consult, educate and negotiate with partners, while highlighting successes along the way with the client and addressing obstacles and opportunities.
- →Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives, leveraging OM best practices for Performance, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and delivery.
- →Program & Performance Monitoring: Execute and manage the campaigns in marketing, with suite of tools to enhance optimization as well as output reporting requirements for campaigns including post reporting, insights, etc. Extract, interpret and apply insight and actions from data to campaigns
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal/external teams/clients/partners, including sales, product development, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
- →Market Insights & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and offerings across digital, with emphasis on platform, industry, and martech landscape (I.e. CAPI, GMP, etc).
Education: Diploma or Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in social media, client account management, digital platform expertise, with proven examples of strong client relationship management and strength in driving performance excellence with strong accountability.
Supervisor: 4+ Years
- Platform expertise in two or more areas: Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, Twitch.
- Additional/Optional Digital expertise beyond social: Programmatic, Retail Media, Search
- Deep understanding of media measurements and performance analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement tactical plans.
- Expertise in audience strategy and targeting capabilites
- Experience in risk management and media transparency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience layer in mar tech or ad tech solutions to further improve results (DCO, AI, CAPI, etc)
- Knowledge of adjacent technologies, including analytics, DSP, ad server, SDK, CDP, DMP, BQ, and Cloud.
- Experience in developing client relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Exceptional internal and external communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Bilingual (English and French) would be an additional asset, but not mandatory
- Available for limited travel for key client engagements, industry events, and meetings.
