An ambitious and creative thinker, who has extensive experience in Paid Search Marketing owning significant marketing budgets. You also thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.
Responsibilities

Lead and guide the strategic direction of the PPC Team, overseeing multiple projects

Set and communicate project direction, procedures, reporting and QA guidelines, while considering project goals, timeframe, resources, complexity level, and risks

Ensuring top-notch standards for PPC management processes and deliverables

Take ownership of the team's OKRs

Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, ROI, identify trends, insights, and optimize strategies for enhanced acquisition performance

Manage the acquisition budget effectively, monitoring expenses, optimizing spending, and making data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently

Continuously track the effectiveness of the team and propose workflow improvements

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in navigating day-to-day challenges and nurturing their skills
Requirements
~1 min readAt least 2 years of experience managing a team of 2 or more people
4+ years of experience building and delivering complex PPC strategies
Proven track record of leading global Paid Search strategies in complex environments
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
Ability to perform well under pressure and keep the team aligned and moving forward
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and similar tools
Hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in execution when needed
Genuine interest in keeping up with marketing developments and industry trends
High level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
