PMO Manager

We are seeking a PMO Manager to lead and scale our Project Management Office (PMO). This role serves as both a senior Project Manager and people leader, responsible for managing a team of Project Managers while establishing standards, governance, and best practices across all project delivery efforts.

The PMO Manager ensures consistent, high-quality execution of Enterprise Health implementations from pre-sale through go-live, while driving accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

    • →5–8+ years of software/SaaS project management experience
    • →2+ years of people leadership or team management experience
    • →Managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects
    • →Pre-sales scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning
    • →Experience working with executive-level stakeholders

• PMP or similar certification
• Experience in healthcare or medical software environments
• Experience scaling or formalizing a PMO function
