We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer & Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influential individuals across various social media platforms to promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.

  • Identify and research potential influencers: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant influencers in our target market. Analyze their content, engagement levels, and audience demographics to determine their suitability for collaboration.[Text Wrapping Break] 

  • Outreach and relationship building: Initiate and maintain effective communication with influencers through various channels, including email, social media, and direct messaging. Craft personalized and compelling messages to capture their attention and foster long-term relationships.[Text Wrapping Break] 

  • Negotiate collaborations: Collaborate with influencers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships. Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring that all parties understand expectations, deliverables, and timelines.[Text Wrapping Break] 

  • Content coordination: Work closely with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Provide clear guidelines and instructions while allowing influencers creative freedom.[Text Wrapping Break] 

  • Campaign management: Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Monitor and track campaign performance, collect feedback, and optimize strategies accordingly.[Text Wrapping Break] 

  • Monitoring and reporting: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing. Monitor influencer activities, track metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.[Text Wrapping Break] 

  • Relationship management: Maintain a comprehensive database of influencer contacts and manage ongoing relationships. Cultivate partnerships by nurturing influencers, providing support, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. 

  • Compliance and legal considerations: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, disclosure guidelines, and brand standards. Familiarize yourself with relevant considerations to protect the brand's reputation and integrity. 

 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., influencer databases, analytics tools)
  • Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize engaging content ideas
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer marketing.
