• →1+ year of relevant technical experience in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing or a similar technical environment
• →Practical experience diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electronic, hardware, software or system-related issues
• →Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics and diagrams
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• →Ability to accurately follow established procedures and document technical work and test results
• →Good communication and teamwork skills, particularly when exchanging technical information with colleagues
• →Ability to work independently under moderate supervision and make appropriate technical decisions within established procedures
• →Technical/vocational qualification, training or certification is an advantage; no specific minimum education requirement.

• Background in a Service Centre, repair centre or technical workshop environment
• Familiarity with medical devices or other regulated products
• Knowledge of calibration, testing and quality-control processes
• Ability to identify recurring faults and contribute to process improvements
• Experience providing technical guidance or support to new or less experienced colleagues.
