Familiarity with industry standards such as GPON, WDM, ITU, and hands-on experience with Layer 1 and 2 telecoms.
The ability to remain calm under pressure, delivering efficient solutions during outages or emergencies.
Flexibility to work evenings or on standby, ensuring customer services remain uninterrupted.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
